Telephone charges will be deducted from this amount and the balance returned to you by our rental agent. Many people like to purchase pre-paid phone cards when they are in Mexico at any of the local stores.
Near the telephone we keep guides to Mexico , San Miguel de Allende and complete tip sheet of ideas, contact numbers, places to see and dine.
 The house sleeps 5 comfortably. There are two large bedrooms each with a gas fireplace. The master suite has a private terrace patio that looks out over the city and cathedral.
Downstairs there is the quaint Pozitos room that sleeps one.
Our maid Concha cleans the house twice a week.
There are two downstairs patio/gardens that are excellent for reading and relaxing.
The house has a washer/dryer and complete kitchen.
There are wonderful restaurants and the only large grocery store Gigante is just a 5 minute cab ride from the house should you wish to cook. We regularly shop at the local mercados and the smaller stores in town as the produce is so fresh.
La Europea in town has an excellent variety of fine wines.
The panaderias [Mexican bakeries] in town are something to brag about.
